What is a Car Charter Service?
A car charter service provides personalized transportation where customers can rent a vehicle with a driver for a specific period, tailored to their needs.
How is the Charter Fee calculated?
The charter fee is determined based on the type of car, duration of service, and the pick-up / drop-off location.
Additional options, accessories, or services requested by the customer will add applicable costs to the basic fee.
Is the service only available in Osaka?
No, we primarily serve the Osaka area and also surrounding regions.
What services are included in the basic fee and what are not?

Are there any Hidden Fees or Surcharges?
Tolls and Parking Fees will be billed as incurred.
Damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning will be billed as incurred.
Overtime charges will be billed at hourly rates as stated in the quotation.
Other than the above, no hidden charges will be billed.
We do not have fuel and mileage surcharges.
We do not have interim point and stopover surcharges.
We do not have late-night surcharges.
We do not have peak season surcharges.
How much will I be charged for travel on Toll Roads?
The toll fee will be added to the final charter bills as incurred. Before the trips, we will provide a quotation with the suggested route and estimated toll fee after receiving your booking request. If you prefer to avoid toll roads, please select the “Avoid Toll Road / Highway” option in your booking request.
When do I have to pay the charter fees?
Please pay the fees at the end of the trip.
For unaccompanied trips such as goods delivery without a passenger, please pay the fees 1 day before the trip.
For customers who pay by bank transfer, please settle the payment 1 working day before the trip.
Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes, but a 6-8% fee will be charged, depending on your country.
A personal PayPal account is required for credit card payments.
We accept Cash (JPY), PayPay (JPY), Bank Transfer (JPY), PayMe (HKD), FPS (RMB), CHATS (USD), Crypto (BTC/USDT) and PayPal (+3% charge). Customers are responsible for any transaction fees.
For credit card payments, a transaction fee of 3-5% from PayPal plus a 3% spread charge from us will apply.
For bank transfers, payment must be settled 1 working day before the trip.
Is Insurance included with the charter service?

Compensation for residents in Japan and tourists is different. Please consult our customer support for details.

Insurance and compensation policies do not cover property damage.
Reservations
How do I make a Reservation for a car charter?
Reservations can be made online through our reservation form or by contacting our customer support.
Can I Cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be cancelled online using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email. If you did not receive or lost the email, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer support can also assist with cancellations.
Do I have to pay a Cancellation Fee?
No fee will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the pick-up time. A cancellation fee of JPY 3,000 will apply for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pick-up time.
Can I make Changes to my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be changed online using the link provided in the confirmation email. Please make your changes at least 12 hours before the original pick-up time. If you did not receive or lost the email, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer support can assist with modifications.
How many days in advance can a reservation be made?
You can reserve vehicles up to 6 months in advance.
Online reservations can be made up to 2 days before the pick-up date. For urgent or last-minute requests within 2 days, please contact our customer support directly.
Is there a minimum or maximum rental period for car charters?
We accept reservations from 1 hour up to 12 hours. For consecutive days, please make separate bookings.
Can I get a Non-Smoking car?
Yes. All vehicles are non-smoking.
Can I specify the Model and Color of the car?
No, you can only choose the type of car. Specific vehicle make, model, year, grade, trim, features and color, cannot be guaranteed due to availability.
Do you rent out Infant, Toddler, and Booster Seats?
Infant and toddler seats are available for children aged newborn to 4 years old, weighing up to 18kg. But booster seats are not available. Please specify your needs when making a reservation. A rental fee of JPY 1,000 per seat per reservation applies.
Can I request an arrival pick-up service at the Airport or Wharf?
We currently do not support airport or wharf arrival pick-up services. However, you can still set an airport or wharf as the pick-up point of the trip (No free waiting time).
Can I request a pick-up or drop-off point outside Osaka?
Yes, we primarily serve the Osaka area and also surrounding regions.
Why can’t I get a quotation for a pick-up point for my location?
We have a designated service area for pick-up and drop-off points listed in our online fee quotation. Pickup areas that are not currently supported can still be included as stopover points in the itinerary. For example, if pickup is required from Ōtsu, Shiga, the trip will be charged starting from Kyoto City. For special pick-up / drop-off needs, please contact our customer support.
Can I set Hokkaido as an Interim Location?
We do not have restrictions on interim locations, but the entire trip must be feasible within the booking duration. Please note that driving from Osaka to the ferry terminal for Hokkaido takes approximately 16 hours.
Charter Service
What happens if I arrive late to the pick-up point?
Please contact us by phone, LINE, or email if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact us will result in the reservation being cancelled 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. A no-show fee of JPY 6,000 will apply unless the delay is due to force majeure factors such as fire or earthquake.
Can I get a Refund if I decide to end my trip earlier?
If the unused period is more than 1 hour, a maximum of 1 hour’s fee will be refunded, regardless of whether you end the trip early or use less time than reserved. A minimum charge applies for one-hour reservations as stated in the quotation. For mid-trip cancellations, please inform the driver of your updated plan. The final bill may differ from the quotation if the drop-off location changes. In case of force majeure events such as fire or earthquake, 100% of the fee for the unused period will be refunded.
Can I Change my plan during the trip?
Yes, feel free to inform the driver of any changes to the plan, as long as the trip remains feasible and within the booking duration. The original quotation remains valid if there are no changes to the drop-off location.
How are fees calculated if the trip overruns or is extended upon request?
All additional charges will be calculated according to the hourly rate system. We are not responsible for circumstances that are beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, etc. Please check the online fee quotation for the overrun charge.

What should I do if I left my personal items in the car?
Please contact us using the Contact Form. Describe the shape and external features of your lost item to help us identify it.
Is it possible to receive my lost item at a location outside Japan?
Yes, we can deliver lost items to customers outside Japan using EMS.
Can I get an invoice and payment receipt?
We currently do not issue invoices or payment receipts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
