The Reservation Process

1. Make a reservation
2. Receive an email acknowledging your reservation submission
3. Receive a quotation via email or LINE
4. Receive a reservation confirmation email
5. Receive detailed vehicle and driver information via email, LINE, or SMS typically one day before your trip
6. Here you go!

Cancellation and Change Policy

• No charges if cancelled at least 12 hours before pick-up
• JPY 3,000 fee for cancellations within 12 hours before pick-up
• Reservations can only be changed at least 12 hours before pick-up

Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

• Reservations will be cancelled 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time if no contact is made
• A no-show fee of JPY 6,000 will apply

Early Trip Termination and Refund Policy

• A maximum of 1 hour’s fee will be refunded for unused period
• Full refund for force majeure events
